On 29th September at 6.00 pm SG Time, ICCS will be hosting the event The Sound&Flavors of Favignana at the Authenthic Italian Table, another event under the True Italian Taste project.

Promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and coordinated by Assocamerestero, the project aims to promote the Made in Italy all around the world.

This time you will be able to attend a sensory culinary masterclass, during which, The Italian sound artist Marco Galardi will help you to enhance the pleasure of the Sicilian plate created by Chef Tiziana Stefanelli, winners of the 2nd Edition of Masterchef Italia.

The experience of the Chef and the soundtrack by Marco Galardi will create an unforgettable dinner that invites everyone to discover the hidden sounds of Favignana in their food and awaken all the senses in this new experience.
