Fabrizio Caruso is a seasoned executive and global leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling high-growth technology companies across APAC, EMEA, and North America. He has successfully built and led cross-functional teams at both startups and multinational corporations.
He is the Founder and CEO of S8 Advisory, a boutique advisory and investment firm providing strategic advisory services to tech, AI, and sustainability companies.

Fabrizio's career highlights include serving as Managing Director APAC at Meta, where he drove significant revenue growth and operational excellence for their multi-billion dollar monetisation partnerships business, while holding global responsibilities for key verticals and business integrity.
Prior to Meta, Fabrizio served as Chief Revenue Officer at Appier, where he led commercial strategy and teams, playing a key role in their journey from series-A funding to $1.5B IPO.
A passionate advocate for digital innovation, he also serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Digital Innovation Committee at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Fabrizio holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and has earned various leadership certifications from institutions such as SDA Bocconi and the New York Institute of Finance.

Luca Barni currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Lazada Group where he leads the expansion of Lazada’s premium brand segment across Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Business Officer at Lazada Singapore, and played a pivotal role in establishing a diverse range of international brands in the Singapore online market. Luca first joined Lazada Group in March 2015 as Regional Category Manager. Based in Singapore, he has held various roles across e-commerce ventures in both Europe and Southeast Asia. He began his career at Centrobanca in Milan, Italy, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.

It has a physical presence in Singapore, Great China, Thailand, Korea and online stores in GC, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan and Dubai. Jean Liang began her career in the fashion industry at Dolce&Gabana, where she served as Area Manager of China. She subsequently had the opportunity to join the Richemont Group in 2010 for a seven-year tenure, during which she contributed to the development of Shanghai Tang. Jean subsequently assumed the role of China Operations Director for Balmain, before transitioning to General Manager for Alexander McQueen for a few years. She subsequently had the opportunity to join OnTheList, where she has worked alongside the company's two Co-founders, Delphine and Diego, to develop its presence in China from scratch. Since 2023, Jean has also been overseeing operations in Southeast Asia, she is currently the Managing Director for these two major key markets. The company is proud to have achieved significant market share in the luxury and premier sectors in multi-channels and new retail in APAC regions, and is able to carry the sustainability mission of turnning inventory to opportunity.
